若您无法向亚马逊证明您符合生产者责任延伸 (EPR) 的要求，则可能会面临以下处置措施：

亚马逊将有义务暂时停售您在生产者责任延伸商品分类下的不符合要求的商品：

▲包装：自2022年7月1日起的所有商品，包括一级包装（即商品包装）和二级包装（即配送包装）；

▲电气和电子设备 (EEE)：自2023年1月1日起属于电气和电子设备的所有商品。

若您通过amazon.fr向配送地址在法国境内的买家销售EPR适用商品，但没有向亚马逊提供与这些适用EPR的商品相对应的有效EPR注册号，则：  亚马逊将默认代表您向合格的生产者责任组织支付相应的EPR环保款项，并向您收取对应的金额。

亚马逊德国站卖家可以按照以下步骤，将注册号上传：

第二步：查找并填写您的德国包装法(LUCID)号码

您可以在如下LUCID证书圈出位置查看对应的德国包装法号码（DE开头）：

第三步：提交并等待亚马逊审核完成

在此阶段，您只能为德国的包装分类添加 LUCID 编号。如果您还销售其他 EPR 商品分类中的商品，那么您必须进行注册，亚马逊将稍后通知您何时可以为其他EPR商品分类和/或 提交额外的注册号码。

亚马逊将会在您提交注册号后，向相应的政府机构验证此号码。亚马逊会在获得验证结果时在卖家中心的合规门户处显示您的验证状态。
