亚马逊搜索词优化器原来有个BUG


品牌备案以后我们亚马逊店铺后台有很多免费的小功能可以使用,其中在品牌控制面板里面有一个亚马逊搜索词优化器,今天聊一聊这个功能好不好用,什么情况下用以及怎么用。


我们做listing文案优化关键词是一项系统工程,今天单独讲Search Terms就必须要讲几个个前提,其一是前台listing整体文案尽可能包含更多的相关关键词而且尽可能的精准:这一点涉及了listing排名因素之一的相关性。简单来说就是当客户搜索任何一个跟产品相关的词的时候,那么系统会清楚的知道你的产品符合客户需求从而推荐你(至于排名靠前或者靠后是由你的产品销量、转化等表现决定的)其二:前台的文案是给顾客看的也是给系统看的,方便顾客阅读以及理解你的产品,同时方便系统识别收录你的产品。那后台的Search Terms基本就是给系统看的,方便系统识别收录你产品从而在客户有需求的同时推荐你的产品,这是我个人理解,如果有不同建议也欢迎指正。


接着讲搜索词优化器,进入到店铺后台的品牌控制面板,点击左侧搜索词优化器。


那在这里就能直截了当的看到你的listing哪些没有优化Search Terms那么根据提示点击运行搜索词优化


如上图,系统会自动给出建议,根据当前的状况显示修改后的搜索词,那我们都知道现在一般就是250个字节,尽可能填满就行了。(我的listing一般没有大的问题,为了截图我特意随意修改了一个listing的Search Terms,才有了这张截图)那如图系统自动把我多余无关的关键词剔除,我点击发布就行了。在这里还需要注意一个细节,系统自动优化有时不会自动匹配249个字符,如图就只使用了159个字符,还剩下90字符没填写全,那遵循尽可能的写出更多精准关键词的原则,我们需要再去寻找更多合适的词。

然后我们可以配合后台另一个工具品牌分析功能查询ASIN关键词,查询同行优秀listing关键词,如图提前找好同类listingASIN然后输入,在这里可以看到哪些关键词,以及关键词搜索的频率,选择要添加到剩余的字符中。

如果通过关键词反查工具的单词基本准确,可以借助搜索词优化器适当检查差距,但通过测试,我也发现有一个功能BUG,也就是说,如果你输入一个无关的关键词,系统只会傻傻地判断你的搜索词中没有这个词。我建议你添加它,如图所示,我输入了一个无关的单词 iphone case 系统给我的建议是保留!操蛋的东西。


讲到这我还必须讲listing优化流程,我们一般产品上架前,所有的文案和关键词都是已经充分调研准备齐整了,产品上架一般不会去动详情页文案和搜索词,除非转化率出了问题。所以今天讲的这个功能就能看出来多多少少有点鸡肋。其次:我们的关键词不一定非得填写在search terms 里面。我的标题、五点描述、A+、长描述、QA以及评论里包含即可,当然有一点主要关键词尽可能的出现在标题和search terms 里面。 后加上上面的bug,我基本不会考虑用这个功能了,让我感觉有些鸡肋,你怎么看?
